After you order from us you will receive an immediate email receipt and then you will be contacted within 24 hours via email to confirm your address and notify you of your first delivery.
The first delivery will include the dog potty box and the first grass delivery.
You do not need to be home for the first delivery. When we contact you to notify you of your first delivery we will get all the details needed to make the delivery if you are not able to be home.
We will leave the box and grass package at your door. All you do is just place the box wherever you'd like and just roll the grass out just like carpet.
